Bistro Dressing, What to Wear: Think Navy

It's always all about making an effort. For today's post I asked my friend, the creator of The Vivienne Files, to take a basic -- she chose navy on navy -- it could be black on black, gray on gray, camel on camel, you get the idea  and take it out to a rather chi-chi bistro in Paris. In other words, pump up the base with add-ons that turn the safe into the spectacular.

You see, it's the details that count. Frenchwomen are masters at the craft. And, as you can see, so is today's guest.
